Do not return watches on your own initiative! As these are products that must be shipped with the correct insurance, GOAT LUXURY GmbH will provide the valuables transport label. The address given below is for contact purposes only, not the return address!
If the customer is a consumer and has concluded a contract with the provider exclusively using means of distance communication, in particular by telephone, email or fax, or via the provider's website, they are entitled to withdraw their declaration of intent to conclude the contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The period begins at the earliest on the day after receipt of the goods, provided that the consumer has also received this cancellation policy in text form by that time. by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
In the case of contracts for the delivery of goods, we may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
The customer must bear the shipping costs for a return.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the so-called "hang tags" have been removed from the watch. Watches can only be returned if the "hang tag" is present in its intact original condition!
If a watch has suffered damage that can be proven to have been caused by the buyer, the buyer must bear 100% of the refurbishment costs.
General information on returning goods
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
