Shipping of your watch depends on its value.
Watches up to €10,000 can be conveniently dropped off at UPS.
In the value range of €10,000 to €25,000 collection is carried out by valuables transport.
For watches over €25,000 We also organize collection by valuables transport; We will of course provide you with the special packaging required for this.

Naturally! Just in case, everything is insured and any damage/loss would be covered by the insurance. We plan and carry out hundreds of valuables transports every month – you are in the best hands with our processes and structure.

Yes, the agreed price is basically fixed. In 99% of cases, the price discussed remains the same. Deviations only arise if the check reveals that the information about the watch was incorrect or incomplete in advance.

We will book a suitable valuables transport for you. As soon as this has been booked, we will send you the label by email.
In case of one Shipment under €10,000 The package can simply be dropped off at the nearest UPS station.
Over €10,000 We will send you the valuables transport from Fedex on the day you choose.
In both cases, pack the watch well padded.
Tip: Wrap standard household cling film around the clock to avoid microswirls. Seal the package well and attach the label - it is ready for shipment.

If you receive money from us, we will check the watch for authenticity upon arrival, tech. Function and whether all the information under which the deal was concluded is also fulfilled.
This usually happens on the same day the package arrives, at the latest
but 24 hours after arrival (weekdays).
If the check goes through without any problems, you will receive a purchase receipt by email that you must sign. Payment will be made immediately after signing.
