IMPORTANT: When handing over your package, always make sure that the transport company scans the package. From then on it is in tracking and insurance protection is activated.

We will book a suitable valuables transport for you. As soon as this has been booked, we will send you the label by email.
In the case of a shipment under €10,000, the package can simply be dropped off at the nearest UPS station.
Over €10,000 we will send you Fedex valuables transport on the day you choose.
In both cases, pack the watch well padded.
Tip: Wrap standard household cling film around the clock to avoid microswirls. Seal the package well and attach the label - it is ready for shipment.

In 98% of cases it takes 1 working day after collection/drop-off.
The 2% includes unforeseeable delays in transit
and arrive after 2 working days.

Naturally! Everything is insured just in case
and any damage/loss would be settled by the insurance. We
plan and carry out hundreds of valuables transports every month – you are in the best position
hands with our processes and our structure.
How quickly will I be paid out?

If you receive money from us, we will check the watch for authenticity upon arrival, tech. Function and whether all the information under which the deal was concluded is also fulfilled.
This usually happens on the same day the package arrives, at the latest
but 24 hours after arrival (weekdays).
If the check goes through without any problems, you will receive a purchase receipt by email that you must sign. Payment will be made immediately after signing.

The account details for the payout will be requested as part of the purchase receipt.
I don't get any money out, but have to pay a little extra for my dream watch. When do I make the payment?

After your watch has arrived with us and has successfully passed all checks, you will receive the purchase receipt for your digital signature.
At the same time we will send you another email with payment instructions.
As soon as we have received the watch and payment, your new dream watch will be shipped as quickly as possible.

After your watch has been checked by us and the purchase receipt has been signed by you, we will ship your new watch. (On weekdays Mon-Thurs we always ship next day / Fridays for security reasons
not).
After the watch arrives and you confirm that you are happy with the deal, we will send you the outstanding amount to complete the deal.

In theory there are time slots, but unfortunately they don't work in practice. That's why we only book full days for pickup, so that the pickup is safe. The driver would miss a time window
(too early or too late) – unfortunately the pickup is often referred to as “customer
“not to be found” noted.

Please contact us and we will file a complaint and book a new collection. Normally the drivers show up as booked.
