Who is organizing the giveaway?
The organizer of the giveaway on Instagram is GOAT LUXURY GmbH, Kurze Straße 1, 89073 Ulm (hereinafter also referred to as "GOAT LUXURY", "we"). The giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, organized, or endorsed by Instagram. By participating in this giveaway, all participants release Instagram from any claims and any liability in connection with the giveaway. The sole contact and responsible party is GOAT LUXURY GmbH. What can you win?

Prize claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Participation in the giveaway is free of charge. The winner will be selected at random from all participants.
The prize cannot be paid out in cash.
Who can participate?
All participants must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. Only one entry per person is permitted. The prize will not be awarded to minors. Employees of GOAT LUXURY GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participating in the giveaway. In addition, participants outside the EU (European Union) are excluded in order to avoid export issues.

What is the entry period?
The opportunity to participate in the giveaway begins on 21.05.2024 at 7.00 pm and ends on 09.06.2023 at 1:00 pm (closing date). The time at which your content is posted in the story is decisive. Unfortunately, we cannot take technical problems into account.
What leads to exclusion from participation?
GOAT LUXURY GmbH is entitled to exclude participants from the giveaway without notice under the following conditions:
- in the event of attempted manipulation with regard to the giveaway, in particular the participation process
- in the case of registration via a commercial provider whose business purpose includes, among other things,
the manipulation of giveaways or registration for giveaways
- in the case of posts and comments that violate German law, netiquette, or the Instagram guidelines
- if the deadline for submitting the data is missed
- in the event of culpable breaches of other material obligations arising from these terms and conditions of participation
The organizer may also declare such exclusion retrospectively, revoke the prize, and contest it.
How will you find out if you have won, and what happens next?
The winner will be selected at random from all participants on 09.06.2024 on Instagram or in our latest YouTube video. The winner will be tagged by us in the story and contacted via "Direct Message". Please note that we can only leave messages on Instagram profiles that follow us via @goat.luxury. With the winner notification, the winner will be asked to subsequently provide GOAT LUXURY GmbH with the necessary contact information (consisting of last name, first name, address, and email address) via "Direct Message" to our account @goat.luxury. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided. If the winner does not contact @goat.luxury within 48 hours after notification of the prize, the prize will be forfeited.
What about the protection of your data and privacy?
GOAT LUXURY GmbH (the responsible party) is committed to protecting the privacy of participants and assures that it will collect, process, and use the data in accordance with the applicable German and European data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation and the Federal Data Protection Act. No data will be passed on to third parties or used for purposes other than carrying out this giveaway.
When participating in this giveaway, GOAT LUXURY GmbH will only collect the personal data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR that GOAT LUXURY GmbH requires to determine the winners and the personal data required for communication with the winners by GOAT LUXURY GmbH
The following data will then be requested from the winner via "Direct Message": surname, first name, address, email address, and, in the event of reasonable doubt, proof of eligibility through appropriate verification.
Your surname, first name, address, as well as email address and, if applicable, screenshot, will only be received by employees of GOAT LUXURY GmbH who are entrusted with processing our giveaway. The data provided by the participant will be processed for the duration of the promotion and deleted after the final processing of the promotion, provided that there are no retention or limitation periods.
The individual data consisting of surname, first name, and email address of the possible winners will furthermore be stored until the completion of the prize handover and deleted no later than 31.12.2025.
You have the following rights:
- To receive information from GOAT LUXURY GmbH about the data stored about you [and/or] to have incorrectly stored data corrected.
- In addition, the right to erasure or restriction of processing or a right to object to processing.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is unlawful.

The supervisory authority in Baden-Württemberg is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
Reservation clause
GOAT LUXURY GmbH reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. However, GOAT LUXURY GmbH will only make use of this option if, for reasons of force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in the hardware and/or software), or legal reasons, the proper execution of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed. GOAT LUXURY GmbH is not liable for losses, failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
All information provided by the organizer is without guarantee. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. German law applies to the legal relationship between the participant and GOAT LUXURY GmbH.
