The watch was delivered in Germany in 2022. The delivery includes the initial purchase invoice and the Rare Handcrafts Certificate of Authenticity.
The 5738/51G-001 is Patek's marriage between two of Geneva watchmaking's rarest disciplines: the iconic golden ratio of the Golden Ellipse and the centuries-old art of champlevé enamel.

The 18-karat gold dial is first hollowed out by hand to create the recesses for the Grand Feu black enamel. The gold areas that remain in relief are then engraved by hand with plant and flower motifs. The watch is complemented by white gold hands and a crown with a black onyx cabochon. The white gold case (34.5 × 39.5 mm) measures just 6.58 mm in height.

Inside the ultra-thin automatic caliber 240 - 2.53 mm high, 22 carat off-center gold mini rotor and 48 hour power reserve.

The watch is worn on a black leather strap with a white gold pin buckle.
