In 1965, USM patented the modular Haller system. In 1969, Zenith introduced the El Primero movement - the world's first high-frequency automatic chronograph. Both brands transformed their industries in the same decade. This shared heritage is the starting point of the Defy Chronograph USM.
The 37mm stainless steel case inherits the sharp, polygonal shape of the original 1969 Defy. The four dials feature USM's signature colors: Gentian Blue, Golden Yellow, Pure Orange and Green. Three silver totalizers in a 3-6-9 arrangement, applied square line indices, and perhaps the most charming detail: the chronograph hand ends in a miniaturized USM ball joint. The watch is worn on the Gay Frères ladder bracelet in steel.
Inside, the El Primero 400 works with a 55-hour power reserve.

Within Germany and the EU, delivery takes place via “next-day” shipping. For international customers from Japan, USA, Asia and much more. We take care of customs declarations and the watch can make it to other continents within a few days.

We certify every single watch in our in-house watch workshop.
Our master watchmaker checks authenticity, function and accuracy. Only when the meticulous tests have been successfully completed do we offer the watches to our customers for purchase. Once a watch is offered on the website, it has passed certification.
